The ON DANSE workshops and courses allow students to physically explore the universe of the artists workin with the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine. They are open to amateur and advanced dancers alike, 16 years and older.

Elvis Val
Born in Bilbao, Spain, Elvis Val trained and graduated from the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany. His engagements include Victor Ullate Ballet in Madrid (1999-2001), and as a soloist in Staatstheater Wiesbaden (2001-2007) and in Staatsoper Hannover (2007-2015).
He has performed works by, William Forsythe, Johan Inger, Nacho Duato, Stijn Celis, George Balanchine, Auguste Bournonville, Hans Van Mannen, John Neumeier, John Cranko, among others.
Elvis Val works as guest ballet teacher for Staatsballett Berlin, Ballet de l ́Opera de Lyon, Alonso King Lines Ballet, National Theatre Mannheim, Poznan Opera House, Béjart Ballet Lausanne, Basel Ballet, Aterballetto, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Staatstheater Gärtnerplatz, Anhaltisches Theater Dessau, Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company,Thüringer Staatsballett, Ballet de Lorraine, Ballet Opera Graz, Marameo, among others.
In 2018 he was awarded the Dance Pedagogy title at “Tanzloft” (Berlin) with Honors.
